Chris Both - Managing Partner
With 20 years as an Air Force medical technician and over 16 years in Clinical Quality Assurance, Chris formed CAP with a vision of providing the highest quality services while creating lasting partnerships with his clients. His extensive work in GxP, including clinical, laboratory and manufacturing practices, makes him the go-to professional in quality assurance. He has worked with sponsor companies, contract research organizations and government entities to ensure their highest standards are met. This experience allows Chris to provide expert consulting advice which he has utilized managing multiple QA projects as a Quality Assurance Consultant for vendors and investigator sites worldwide.
After retiring from the Air Force in North Dakota, Chris and his wife now reside in Nebraska where they stay active in the local community and travel often to visit their children and grandchildren nationwide. Fall weekends are usually spent watching Green Bay Packer games, when he can't get to Lambeau Field, and cheering on the Huskers at Memorial Stadium.
Chris Barney - Managing Partner
After working with Chris Both for over a decade, Chris Barney officially joined CAP in 2020 and brings with him over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience. He began his pharmaceutical career in Clinical Operations and then transitioned to Data Management before finding his home in Quality Assurance. Extensive experience in GxP allows Chris to provide the highest standards in supporting sponsor companies, contract research organizations and other entities. Having lived and worked in the European Union for over seven years, Chris has an in depth working knowledge of both FDA and EMA regulations. Upon his return to the US, Chris and his wife founded Global Clinical Solutions (a CRO) to support the clinical and monitoring needs of their worldwide clients, while continuing to provide excellent quality consulting services to clients through his former company B&B Consulting Group.
After living in Warsaw, Poland for several years, Chris and his family have settled into small town life in Henniker, New Hampshire. He enjoys traveling the world with his family and friends. While at home, Chris spends time enjoying the nature and year round outdoor activities that New Hampshire offers.
